AFGHAN.COM is a two-person company. We (Beth and Dick Arnold) are its parent corporation’s only stockholders. No one else reads your mail. No one else reads your e-mail. No one else reads your faxes. We were professional Family Counselors; we know and practice the meaning of confidentiality.

The people who work with us do not have any access to your communications. You communicate your needs only through us. This is the way we all want it. Your security and peace of mind are our foremost considerations. We all sleep well at night.
 

We are responsible to God for our actions. That is the best security anyone can ever give you.

We could have little security padlocks everywhere on our web site,
but they would be as nothing if we betray God’s injunction to Do unto others as you would have them do unto you. That is why we named our non-profit corporation, which we also solely own, “D.U.O Education, Inc.”
 

We are very experienced at what we do. We happened to have been right on the spot when the jacquard-head loom was first computerized in 1991. We had just completed a three-year commitment we had made to serve God, and were looking for a new business opportunity. We were excited about the fund-raising potential inherent in this new cutting-edge technology which could do unlimited customizing on a short-run product of outstanding beauty and usefulness. Many thousands of organizations that help many millions of God’s people cannot exist without the ability to go out and raise the means to support their good works. We could help them. This was for us!

As far as we know, Dick designed the very first custom throw, and has been doing so on a continuous basis ever since.

Our experience is also your security.
 
We are pioneers on the Internet. In 1995 we became one of the very first “dot coms”! Our domain name has never changed. We have never had an unresolved customer complaint. There has never been a legal action against us. Security, security, security.
